KCM Telecom provides 2 different plans for business communications:
- KCM PBX – Self Management Package: Phone System in the Cloud or On Premise with Basic or PRO features. Includes initial installation and configuration, monitoring and maintenance. Self-Management of the system. Support on a pay as you go basis. Recommended for companies with basic telephony needs.
- KCM Managed PBX – Full Managed Service Package: Includes everything of the KCM PBX Package. Includes System Management and unlimited Support, additional communications channels like Chat Bot or WhatsApp Business Integration. Recommended for businesses with advanced communications needs, reporting and high call traffic, such as Call Centers and Forex companies without the hassle of system administration.
- Voice Channels apply on internal and external calls. “<” = up to X channels.
