IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OUR 3CX CUSTOMERS
How to Recognize and Report Fake Emails Claiming to Be from 3CX
3CX has recently identified phishing attempts targeting partners by impersonating members of its accounting department. These emails are designed to appear authentic by copying 3CX branding, language, and even using familiar names.
🔍 What’s Happening?
These fraudulent messages are not from 3CX. Their intent is to:
- Trick recipients into revealing confidential information
- Manipulate users into authorizing fake payments
Such phishing scams are unfortunately common across many industries. Cybercriminals often pose as trusted entities to exploit existing business relationships. This notice outlines key steps you can take to stay protected.
